    Home Uplink is a real estate platform that connects buyers, agents, brokerages, and service providers. Our platform facilitates property listings, open house scheduling, appointment booking, and professional networking within the real estate industry.

    3. User Accounts and Registration

    To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
    • Maintain the security of your password and account
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
    • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

    Special Terms for Real Estate Agents

    By registering as a real estate agent on Home Uplink, you explicitly acknowledge, consent to, and agree that:

    • Your professional information will be publicly visible to all users of the platform, including unregistered visitors
    • Your real estate license number will be displayed on your profile and property listings as required by law
    • Your brokerage name and affiliation will be displayed on your profile and all property listings
    • Your name, photo, contact information, and professional credentials will be searchable and viewable by the public
    • Your property listings, service areas, and specializations will be publicly accessible
    • You cannot opt out of public display of your license number and brokerage affiliation while maintaining an active agent profile
    • This public disclosure is required for compliance with real estate regulatory requirements and consumer protection laws

    By creating an agent account, you represent that you hold a valid real estate license in your operating jurisdiction and that all professional information you provide is accurate and current. You agree to promptly update your information if any changes occur.

    4. User Conduct

    You agree not to use the platform to:

    • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property information
    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
    • Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination
    • Transmit spam, viruses, or malicious code
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

    5. Property Listings and Content

    Users who post property listings or other content on the platform:

    • Must have the legal right to list the property
    • Are responsible for the accuracy of all listing information
    • Grant Home Uplink a license to display and promote their content
    • Acknowledge that listings may expire and be removed automatically

    6. Payment and Subscriptions

    Certain features require paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to:

    • Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
    • Automatic renewal of subscriptions unless cancelled
    • Our refund policy as outlined in your subscription agreement
    • Changes to pricing with 30 days advance notice

    7. Privacy and Data Protection

    Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

    8. Disclaimers

    Home Uplink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

    • The accuracy of property listings or user-provided information
    • Uninterrupted or error-free service
    • Successful completion of real estate transactions
    • The reliability or conduct of other users

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Home Uplink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

    10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Uplink from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

    11. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
